QuickCheck is the outsourced claims department for restoration contractors. We write the estimate, work it through with the carrier, bill it, and chase the money until it's in your account, all done your way. You do the work. We handle getting it paid.

## Why we exist

We started QuickCheck to solve one problem: turning the dollar you work into the dollar you deposit. AR is one of the biggest problems in restoration, and we wanted to know why. The jobs are steady, but the money still takes too long to come in, and what does come in is usually thin.

When we dug in, the answer was the same in almost every shop. It came down to two things: a system, and focus.

The carrier has both. Its system sees every claim that's ever been sent, from every contractor who sent one, and its software reviews every line. And the adjuster on your file has one job: claims like yours, all day, every day.

On the contractor's side, the person handling the claim is usually also running payables, managing jobs, answering the phone, and dealing with whatever came in this morning. Sometimes it's the owner, after hours. They're good at what they do, but the claim is one of 30 things on their plate, and it gets whatever time is left over. When one side of the table has a system and full focus and the other has neither, the difference comes out of the contractor's margin.

That's the gap QuickCheck fills. Our people have decades of claims experience, the old-school skills that still matter. We added the tools and data the carrier has had all along.

## Done your way

Every shop runs its claims its own way, and we work inside yours. A lot of tools in restoration ask you to change your training and your process to fit them. We fit how you already work: you send us the job from the tools you already use, and we take it from there to the bank.

Every claim goes out under your name, in your voice, built to your preferences, so your carrier and TPA relationships stay exactly as they are. You set how far we negotiate, and anything beyond those limits comes back to the person you name to make the call.

What we add is the experience, tools, and strategy behind the work. And you see all of it. QuickCheck 3D, your client portal, shows every claim, where it stands, the hours we've put into it, and your cash flow, so you know what's coming in before it lands.

## What we do

The work breaks into three parts. We write it, we optimize it, and we collect it.

### Write

Estimates for mitigation, fire, mold, contents, and rebuild, written in any software your team already uses. It starts on Day 1. You send job data from whatever tool your crews already use, and every job gets a DQ (data quality) score from 1 to 100, our check of its scope, sketch, photos, readings, and drying logs. If something's missing, it gets flagged while your tech can still go back for it. You set where the pass and fail lines sit. And because every score is tied to the job and the tech, you get specific feedback to coach with, job by job, which is what training alone can't give you. Once we have complete job data, the estimate goes out on a 24-hour target turnaround.

### Optimize

Every estimate is built to get collected. We build it on what thousands of settled claims have taught us about how claims get reviewed and paid, so it goes in ready to hold up. That's the experience the carrier already has on its side, now working on yours. Invoices we write come in 20% higher on average, and that's work your crews already did, now on the invoice.

### Collect

We handle every touchpoint with the carrier, by email, phone, or text, under your name. When a file stalls, a senior negotiator gets on it. Then we stay on the claim until the payment is confirmed in your account. We collect 90 cents of every invoiced dollar, and our average AR is under 30 days. AR stops being something you have to think about.

We work from the tools you already use, and when a storm doubles your claim volume, we take it. More claims just means more work for us, not a backlog for you.

## Who it's for

Restoration contractors with steady insurance work, on any residential or commercial carrier, in all 50 states. Usually one of three things brings them to us. The team is so buried in the day-to-day, AR included, that growth never gets their attention. The business is growing faster than the systems that got it here can keep up. Or the shop is established, running well, and looking for an edge.

Most contractors are fully onboarded within 3 days, and if you have open invoices sitting right now, we can start with those.

The carrier has a system on every claim. Now you do too.
